There are glimpses of Dee Dee Bridgewater, Melody Gardot, Amy Winehouse and Portishead’s Beth Gibbons (with a bit of John Barry style arrangement thrown in for good measure on Bonded’), but always quintessentially Bungaroosh. Every track is a genuinely unique gem. More people need to know about Bungaroosh. Listen and spread the good word! Favorite track: Days.
